Our sustainable green buildings allow you to decrease environmental impact by reducing waste and pollution, while optimizing the operations and maintenance of your buildings. We produce and erect green sustainable buildings in mobile as well as permanent configurations. Apart from these benefits, green buildings also help you to use energy and water efficiently. Our capabilities also extend to the construction of LEED certified buildings.

Commercial Structures Corp. uses “green” building materials to construct sustainable buildings, such as FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified lumber along with locally made / supplied materials. A variety of green technologies and systems to conserve water and energy can be integrated into these environmentally sustainable buildings. Some energy conservation technologies we offer include solar tubes, occupancy sensors, enhanced natural daylight, low watt lighting and Energy Star certified products. We also incorporate economizers, energy recovery ventilators, and CO2 sensors into the building’s HVAC systems. Our water conservation techniques include using low-flow shower heads and ultra low-flush toilets.
