We offer temporary or permanent building solutions with custom floorplans for educational and childcare institutions. Offered in a wide range of configurations, our buildings are available in modular or mobile versions and designed to meet or exceed all state and national codes. Commercial Structures’ modular classrooms offer advantages such as cost saving, reduced site disruption, and minimized construction time over conventional classroom systems. Services include design, fabrication, delivery, and final installation of our educational buildings.

Commercial Structures’ educational buildings have quality interior lighting, heating and cooling systems to help with productivity of your students. Integrated safety features include preps for security & fire monitoring systems, emergency lighting, and exit signs. Pre-wired video, audio, computer outlets, workstations, custom interior & exterior finishes, and window coverings are some optional features that can be added.

We offer portable classrooms and modular daycare facilities with customized floorplan options. In addition, we also offer a variety of buildings with standard floorplans such as our standalone 900 square foot classrooms, 1000 square foot classrooms, and integrated boys & girls classrooms. We also provide custom green clasrooms and daycare buildings too.
