Commercial Structures’ scale houses as well as dispatch offices are built with quality features that withstand years of industrial wear and tear. We custom design and fabricate modular scale houses that monitor traffic, transactions, plus cargo weight at recycling facilities and highway weigh stations. Our modular weigh stations require minimal maintenance. Each scale house is customized to meet your specific access requirements. For instance, weigh stations in landfill sites can be integrated with special alarms and sensors for methane gas detection. These prefabricated buildings come complete with a range of mechanical and electrical systems designed in accordance to your specific application needs.

Our portable dispatch offices provide a comfortable and secure working environment. These prefabricated buildings are built with insulated wall partitions and HVAC controls to the isolate work area from truck fumes and other outdoor distractions. Options for dispatch offices include tempered security glass, intercom systems, in addition to bypass and transaction windows. We build windows in custom dimensions to facilitate easy driver access. If there are any space restrictions, these portable structures can also be fabricated as two story buildings.
